Seaswell Publishing and Barrie Cameron report that the ‘Phoenix‘ 1st iteration edit is complete and he has begun the 2nd iteration edit for Planetoid Trilogy‘s Book Three.

2nd Iteration Edit

The 2nd iteration edit of Planetoid Trilogy‘s Book Three, ‘Phoenix‘, will include checks of the scene sequences with the plot time line. It is very easy when writing, and even during editing, to make small errors in sequence and timing of events. These are usually minor, relating to two or more story lines that must be synchronized at critical points in the overall plot time line.

The second iteration edit should proceed much quicker than the first iteration. Cameron expects it to be completed by the end of July 2023.

1st Iteration Edit Completed

Cameron reports that the 1st iteration edit took longer than he expected. However, he believes that this was due to the 1st iteration being quite thorough. Consequently, he expects that the 2nd and 3rd iteration edits will progress quicker.

Final Edit Completion

Due to the final editing delays so far, our publishing date for Planetoid Trilogy‘s Book Three, ‘Phoenix‘, which we originally planned for August, may run over into September 2023. We will issue further updates over the next few weeks.
